This morning we had another superfood breakfast for champions: avocado shake with the breakfast bars I made yesterday.
I honestly think that I could live only on these avocado shakes and I would be happy. It's so simpel, so good for your body and so yummy!
Avocado-banana shake
Two glasses
You'll need:
2 ripe avocados
1 banana
1 cup oat milk
Make it:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. If you want a more chocolaty flavor, do like we did and add some coconut water with chocolate flavor, yummmm!
Vegan Breakfast bars
12 large bars
You'll need:
4 table spoons coconut oil
1 mashed banana
1/2 cup linseeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup oats
1 table spoon dried cranberries
1 table spoon raisins
2 table spoons syrup
2 table spoons tahini
4 heaped table spoons cinnamon
1 tea spoon salt
2 table spoons water
Make it:
Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If you need it, use a blender, all the ingredients are well combined. Pour out the mix on a baking sheet in a tray and flatten it out. Use a sharp knife and cut up bars in the size you require. Put into the freezer and have for breakfast or as a healthy snack.
