I always wonder why birds stay in the same place when they can fly anywhere on Earth. But then I ask myself the same question. Yep - I am a travelling vegan, originally from Linköping. Happy meatless Monday!
You know what Mondays means - the meatless day of the week! Celebrate with treating yourself to a lush vegan dinner tonight and do like Scott Marsden did when he arrived to Bangkok, Thailand - ditch the meaty restaurants!
